INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS - Unfortunately we don't have the labels available for International returns at this stage. Please use your postal service to send parcels back to us for a refund.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please ensure that all items are returned within 30 days in the same condition as received.
Please take care when trying on your items to avoid makeup marks and perfume transfer. Please ensure swing tickets and tags are left on the items.
Please be aware of pet hair and cigarette smoke that may transfer to the garments and result in a refund being refused.
For hygiene reasons and for your protection, we do not offer exchange or refunds on earrings unless faulty.
We are unable to accept returns on consumable products, including but not limited to: candles, lip balms, hand creams, hand sanitiser, bath salts and soaps.
Please note, celebreestore does not cover the cost of return shipping on Internation Orders or orders being returned for refund.

Then choose the item you want to return and follow the prompts. The €8.5 label charge will be deducted from the value of your return. Once we've received your parcel you'll get an email confirmation that we've processed your refund back to your payment method.
