I love this coat. One of the first pieces of clothing I have bought on-line that fits me perfectly. I am normally a 12 so I went for a 10 as suggested. It is the second one I have bought in this range and the compliments keep coming. It is not too heavy so is ideal for cool days; but of course extra clothes can be worn underneath to keep the cold out. Keep up the good work. 👍
I love this top , it is warm without being hot to wear and is easy to pop another cardi or jacket over the top for cold weather. The material falls nice and is very pleasant on the skin.
I bought a magenta Phoenix jacket this time. I followed the sizing instructions, but the garment was too long in the sleeve.
I returned it. This was very simple - complete form/ print label/ take to PO./ all free! New jacket came quite soon.

I have bought the black and green.
Love them both, but maybe I should have gone down a size. I know it said this, but customer service said stay at usual size (not blaming anyone). I do not like tight fitting clothes, so all good. Great weight as I do get hot quickly 🤦♀️.
I actually sized down by 2 sizes & the fit is great….love the colours & nice weight for winter days..
