One of the newer designs from Cotton Village, we love the effortless style and versatility of the Effie Top, especially now that it comes soft, airy white. This cut was made for layering, although it looks equally beautiful when worn alone. The extended sleeves sit just long enough to cover the shoulder, but won't interfere with any jackets or cardigans you want to layer over the top.
